World of Tomorrow - Episode Two: The Burden of Other People's Thoughts

Yes, this is a step down from the first installment. It isn’t as focused, I’m not one that churns pudd over “expanding the universe” by default, and I thought it lacked the bite of the original. That’s all to say it isn’t as good as one of the best animated short films of all time, but in a vacuum, this was plenty outstanding. I lost count of how many times I laughed out loud, and the joke of Emily Prime transparently not understanding everything save perhaps hard nouns still has plenty of juice in the tank. Pay for Dropout, y’all.
