Better Call Saul (Season Two)
Maybe this will all pay off and the stuff that’s boring (fine: underwhelming) will feel earned in retrospect and the fact that we’re following Mike will make sense and Better Call Saul will stop being a better than average law drama and turn into something interesting. I’m told this is the lull before it gets good, but this is in the context of “Breaking Bad had a lull, too”, when, at this point in that show, two airplanes had collided over Walter White’s house as a direct consequence of his actions. Someday, general audiences will learn exposition can be compelling.
