Absolute Batman: The Zoo

Often funny, sometimes on purpose, Absolute Unit is an unfocused mess that is either too afraid or not smart enough to commit to a direction. This is the sort of comic where characters swear all the time but all the swears are censored, admittedly fitting given the A-plot follows a nefarious scheme where the downtrodden are given guns and money to torch their neighborhoods while the B-plot follows Batchungus and his childhood friends Two-Face, The Riddler, and Killer Croc, but that’s the most underhanded compliment I may have ever given. It’s certainly never boring, but it’s already hit the wall.
