The Drama (2026 film)

There is a version of this film in another timeline that slightly dilutes its comic tendencies to challenge the audience even more, making questions of who is in the right and who goes over the line and who, if anyone, is “good”, a proper personality test. That version probably sucks. I couldn’t stop laughing at this film, and its madcap lunacy makes the subject matter go down smoothly and the hundred-minute runtime feel like nothing. The shift to the third act felt odd in a way the film wasn’t otherwise going for, but most of this is a spectacular success.
