Iron Man

I’ve taken steps to try to understand why Iron Man remains so beloved beyond how its celebration of a rich white billionaire shooting up evil brown people would play well to the libertarian sect of the audience, and the only elements I found worth celebrating that are actually in the film (no, it ISN’T that witty) is that it was made at all. There’s something admirable about a film that isn’t the worst thing ever despite its many setbacks, including the lack of a completed script, so point added for getting to the finish line. Besides that, yeah, still sucks.
