Headspace: Unwind Your Mind

What kind of a film is this? I put it on thinking it would be making fun of those pointless relaxing videos (you know, the kind that can never relax you), but all it did was show the countryside while some boring dude talked about how relaxing he thought the countryside was. Like most people, I do not turn on Netflix to relax. Like most people, I do not do anything to relax besides sleep. If this wanted to help me sleep, it would find a low-stakes rom-com for me to ignore while simultaneously serving as my TV’s sleep timer.
