12 Angry Men (1957 film)

There are a few instances of Angry not doing much for audiences outside its time of release, specifically a part that could be read as sexist and not illuminating on the realities of buying a film ticket of the day (entire conversations read easier when you know tickets were sold, at the time, mostly to get in the theater rather than for specific shows). These are the only things holding back Men from being a true defining drama of the art form and instead settling on being one of the best films of the 50s. Believe most of the hype.
