The Office (Season Nine)

It’s saying a lot about how plainly awful “The Office” is that its final season, which STILL asks us to care about the worst character ever and a major plot point comes about only because alimony doesn’t exist in the show’s universe, represents a step up from the previous four seasons, all of which should be textbook examples of the worst television ever broadcast. At least this season has a few decent story arcs, with Jim and Pam having some weighty dramatic moments and Dwight and Angela’s story finally going somewhere. Besides that, an awful end to a terrible show.
