Remember when games published through smartphones started making in-roads into mainstream culture, precipitating a conversation among video game enthusiasts about whether these were “real games” or not, ultimately landing on a place of “pro art” if only to better acknowledge the mobile titles that were as affecting as PC and console titles? Well, “Teeter (Up)” recalls the good old days when you were most likely to stumble upon either a physics-based puzzler knockoff or something so unrefined that it feels like a knockoff. So ineffective in selling Netflix as a brand of games that you probably just learned this exists.
